At the AACR Annual Meeting 2025 in Chicago, our team presented an LC-MS toolbox for identifying and guiding the development of cysteine-targeted small molecule covalent inhibitors.
Using the clinically approved KRAS G12C inhibitor sotorasib as a case study, the poster shows global cysteine profiling, targeted indirect engagement assays and direct adduct quantification working together. These methods are offered as services on our Chemoproteomics page.
